The feasts each have something to teach us about Torah, about our Elohim, about our Savior. And every year we learn something new in our journey. Passover was such a delight this year for us. Our children are grasping truths, and sitting still during the seder lol!
I’d like to share a few highlights from our celebration, and some things we’ve been learning. 🙂
The kids had a great time helping make charoset. They also enjoyed eating all the ends of the apples so they wouldn’t get hurt using the grater. 🙂
Dayenu! How wonderful to know that our Elohim takes such good care of us. Every little blessing He sends to us is more than sufficient, but then He blesses us again! Praise YHVH! Now that’s something to get excited about!
Next year in Jerusalem! Every year, our hearts long more and more to return home to Israel. We long for the return of our Savior Yeshua! My children are so excited to experience a world where Yeshua is in charge and Torah is the law of the land!
This year had lessons for me as well, lessons of trust, letting go, and being open about my failures. Ironically, the Feast of Unleavened Bread was the time that YHVH chose to lead me in some new areas healthwise. He showed me I have some issues with yeast, and I need to kick the sugar habit now. I want to feel my best and have plenty of energy for whatever jobs He has for me. Right now, this just isn’t the case, but He has been leading and directing and I have already found many answers. I’m looking forward to what He will show me in the future.
I hope you all had a wonderful feast week, and grew closer to your family and closer to your Creator! Next year in Jerusalem!
