This month, we will be copying from Matthew, specifically the Sermon on the Mount. We often pull one or two verses from this long passage and build teachings around them. But, Yeshua was teaching one long continuous sermon. So, this month we will get a bird’s eye view of the sermon as a whole. Be sure to look for Old Testament quotes. Yeshua often taught what was already in Scripture. Look for how the little sections of the sermon fit together. Look for overarching themes. And, as always, look at yourself to see how you are measuring up. Is your fruit good or rotten?
