Moses gave the Israelites a very clear warning before they crossed the Jordan into the Promised Land. He warned that they would live in prosperity, enjoy the fruits of the land, and eventually declare that they had provided all of it themselves. They were told to guard against this self-centered thinking.

The only antidote is gratitude. The only way to guard ourselves against this way of thinking is thanking Yah and recognizing Him as the source of our provision. That’s the theme of this month’s copywork! We need to renew our minds to a place of contentment and gratitude.
